I've had my Cricut and Sure Cuts software for quite some time now; sadly, I've used both pretty infrequently. It was not until I decided to take advantage of the ability to make my own shapes that I discovered the true potential of Sure Cuts.
I'm sure we've all had that moment at our local craft store. Walking down the scrapbook aisles and sighing with regret - all these awesome tools! So much potential... so much money! Surely, if I had this stamp, or that punch I could make those fabulous layouts that I see online. Eventually you buy the border punch that you've been dreaming about, but alas, you are still limited! The punch only cuts in one size, forget doing a border all the way around your element, and here's the kicker, what if it breaks? It's torture, I know!
That's when the clouds part and Sure Cuts floats softly down from the heavens. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars on punches that you are limited with, you can use a file that you can stretch or weld to the size you need! If a single punch costs around $15, imagine what they'd charge for one that is so flexible! The cherry on top is it's guilt-free! Pay the same amount for an .svg template and have several borders at your fingertips to use in thousands of different ways. With these files you can get a much more flexible product for so much less and no storage necessary.
But Lindsay, what if I don't have the time to make my own .svg files? That, my friends, is where I come in. I hope to be the number one source for all your Sure Cuts needs. For starters, seeing as the Halloween season is approaching, this creepy crawly came to being. Freaky, huh?
But I need your help - I need to know what you want! I don't want to follow the lead, I want to pave the way. Let me know what you want, and I will supply it. At this point my focus will be Halloween, beyond that, who knows?
